Created for Maison Cacao, the renowned chocolate house based in Kamakura, Japan, Chocolat Coquille is an ongoing series of marbling designs developed for the brand's truffle collection.

Created in collaboration with founder Shingo Ishihara and his team, each composition responds to the unique ingredients and character of an individual chocolate, translating flavour into colour, movement and pattern.

The resulting works explore a shared language of craftsmanship, materiality and sensory experience.

Maison Cacao is available exclusively in Japan.
